Welcome to the outdoors edition of SPI, ESI, and North America Smart Energy Week. Solar Power Events and Las Vegas welcome you to a unique experience this fall under the open skies of Nevada on October 21-22. As the only event bringing the entire renewable energy industry together in the back half of 2020, your company will be well positioned to engage with attendees on-site and online. Check back soon for additional details on new opportunities from this new format.

Our sales team will be personally reaching out to all existing exhibitors and a new floor plan will be posted in the coming days.

Our Commitment To You

As we prepare to be onsite at SPI, ESI, and North America Smart Energy Week, there will be several new health and safety precautions at the event. We are still working with local officials to understand the facility and state requirements, as well as implement evolving best practices we are learning from the industry. Please know our number one priority is the safety of you, our attendees, exhibitors, and staff.

General Exhibitor and Show Floor Guidance

Show floor flow. Expect to see a limit on the allowable number of booth personnel in the booth at the same time, based on the total square feet of the booth.

Booths. Companies should explore adding plexiglass shields to counters or meeting tables and other social distancing measures. GES will provide new, social-distancing booth packages to enable your company get in and out quickly with minimal set up.

Giveaways. We recommend limiting your giveaways and take advantage of the digital ways we are offering to distribute collateral.

Safety Protocols

Face Coverings. Face coverings will be required for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Masks will be provided for anyone who needs one.

Sanitation Stations. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. Touch-free hand sanitizer, as well as gloves and alcohol wipes will be available as well.

Regular Cleaning. We will work with the convention center, event hotels, and other venues to confirm they have increase cleaning regiments.

Registration. We will cut down on the time spent at registration. Mobile badge pickup allows exhibitors to scan their registration barcode at one of the registration kiosks and print their badge. We are exploring touchfree access too.

Concessions. We are working with the venue to provide food and beverage in a no-contact way. We will be using compostable, disposable serviceware.
