Registration Types

1. Full Conference registration includes:
   Opening Reception on Monday
   Plenary and concurrent sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
   Entrance to the exhibit hall on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
   1 ticket to the Solar Power Party at LA Live! on evening Tuesday
   Complimentary access to online recordings and presentations of the conference sessions

2. One Day Only registration includes:
   Plenary and concurrent sessions on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (day must be selected in advance when registering)
   Entrance to the exhibit hall on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

3. Student registration includes:
   Opening Reception on Monday
   Plenary and concurrent sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
   Entrance to the exhibit hall on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
   Complimentary access to online recordings and presentations of the conference sessions
   
   Please note that unfortunately we do not have any student scholarships available.

4. Expo Only registration includes:
   Entrance to the exhibit hall on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Registration Fees

To get the discounted member rate, you must be a member of either SEPA or national SEIA when you register, and join before September 21, 2010. Membership takes up to 72 hours to process.

Early Bird Rates: In effect until September 10, 2010

Regular Rates: In effect September 10, 2010 – October 5, 2010
The early bird discounted rate will increase on September 10, 2010. All registration categories will increase $100.
Rates after September 10, 2010:

Onsite Rates: In effect October 6, 2010 - October 15, 2010
The onsite rate will go into effect on October 6, 2010. All registration categories except students will increase $50.

Registration Deadlines

Event Policies

1. Registration Cancellation
   Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to spi@experient-inc.com. The time-stamped or post marked date will be considered the date of cancellation request if the cancellation falls on a deadline.
   Cancellations received on or before August 17, 2010 will be eligible for full refunds minus a $50 handling fee.
   Cancellations received between August 18 and September 10, 2010 will be eligible for a 50% refund minus a $100 handling fee.
   Cancellations received after September 10, 2010 will not be eligible for refunds. This policy will be enforced even on those registrations made after September 10, 2010.
2. Children at Solar Power International
   Minors under the age of 18 are welcome to attend the General Public Night, October 13, 2010 from 5:30 pm-8:30 pm if they are accompanied by an adult. All other Solar Power International 2010 events are limited to adults over the age of 18.
3. Children at the Solar Power International Party at LA Live!
   The Solar Power International Party on Tuesday, October 12 is open to adults only who are 18 years old or above in age. While the party is being hosted at LA Live!, it is designed to be a venue for networking with your fellow attendees and exhibitors.
4. Photography and Video Policy
   Due to the sensitive nature of new products and unique booth displays at the expo, photograph or video of any booths on the exhibit floor or conference sessions by any attendee/exhibitor personnel other than the Official Photography Contractor for those booths is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when permission is obtained from the exhibitor whose booth/product is being photographed and all individuals appearing in the photograph.
5. Attendee Distribution Lists Policy
   Solar Power International does not distribute or sell or publish its attendee registration list.
6. Substitution Policy
   Substitutions are allowed on-site but are subject to a $50 substitution fee and approval by a Solar Power International staff member. Substitutions are allowed only in the case of one person replacing another person for the entire length of Solar Power International. SUBSITUTIONS BY DAY ARE NOT ALLOWED.
7. Workshop Cancellation
   Cancellations received after September 10, 2010 are non-refundable.
8. Solar Power International Party at LA Live! Cancellation
   Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
